Our classes are held at North Augusta Martial Arts and Self Defense on:
Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Tuesday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
All ages are welcome.
We offer exercise and training in forms, weapons, sparring, and some ground fighting.
Our instructor is willing to give individual classes and tailor programs to the students needs.
